Breakfast was lovely cooked and hot, we did not want to leave there!

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we can't wait to come back. Everything about it was absolutely fine.

The whole experience was relaxing. The full English breakfast was reasonably priced. The booked room was large and airy. The entire staff was efficient and excellent. The location was particularly good and perfect, in very quiet part of the city, near to the restaurant and drink in the bar, garden, and a pub, the Butchers Arms, in Knodishall. Also, Church of st Andrew was 3 km away from the hotel.

We had an enjoyable breakfast with yoghurts, fresh fruit, orange juice included.

Ideal location in an interesting area not far from other pubs, Minsmere, Dunwich, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Orford and beaches. Excellent services, a nice size and beautifully maintained rooms with views of garden. Offers savoury food for continental breakfast.

The breakfast served was lovely cooked and nice hot, everything you could wish for, with fresh yoghurt. Its location was good and unbeatable, in a garden, and in a very quiet area.

Room was neat and available with a fridge and continental breakfast. The breakfast was light and offered cereals, pastries, fruit, and yoghourt.

It was super base for one night. The staff were decent and the breakfast was gluten free with fresh yoghurt, orange juice, fresh milk.

Not to mention good wifi! Peaceful location to Rspb North Warren.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to most facilities, the grounds of a pub, the Butchers Arms, in Knodishall and the pub.

All good.

Stayed in airy double room with a comfy bed and WiFi plus tea and coffee making facilities.
